Conference

I had the opportunity to present in a conference, which was a new experience for me. I was invited to present along side Travis Hope (a community member), Ellie Jackson (my supervisor), and her UWM boss, Laurie Marks. The presentation was called "University as Convener". I spoke about the import role Graduate Students play as both labor, connection builders, and a fresh perspective, in a project like WaterMarks. It was a good exercise for public speaking, but also to reflect on my work for WaterMarks.
